Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, except over weekends and US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, we will let you know within 48 hours.
Daughters Market accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Google Pay.
Daughters Market offers flat rate shipping. If you buy one item, you’ll be charged a $5.00 flat fee rate. For two or more items, from any vendors, you will be charged an $8.00 flat fee for shipping.
It’s our decision to ship more ethically. Since the vendors are small businesses and ship out the order themselves, they have a 48 hour window to mail out the products once the order is received. Weekends and holidays can delay the shipping.
We do not ship internationally at this time, but are considering adding this in the future.
We try not sell you products we don’t have, but if it happens you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
Daughters Market will happily accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us.
The products we stock are new and have not been tampered with. In order to maintain that policy and product integrity, items must be returned in their original packaging. Daughters Market does not accept returns on used goods.
To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by forwarding your order confirmation email and writing a note about why you are returning the item. Then we will email you a return shipping label within 72 hours.
Return shipping is covered by Daughters Market. The original shipping expense will not be refunded.
In the event that we've messed up on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.
Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you. Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.
If your package has been delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact you’re the local office Post, UPS or Fed Ex Office to check the GPS status of your package. In many cases, USPS, Fed Ex and UPS can pinpoint where your delivery was dropped off. You're welcome to contact us and we can look up the telephone number for your local office if you cannot locate it.
